Need help with AirBridge TV? Use the steps below before contacting support.

Quick fixes

  • Make sure your phone and TV are on the same Wi‑Fi network.
  • Restart the TV app and phone Wi‑Fi.
  • Check that VPN, guest network or router isolation is not blocking local devices.
  • For iPhone, open Control Center and use Screen Mirroring.
  • For Android, grant screen capture permission when asked.

Why is my video black?

Protected apps and DRM video services may block screen capture or show a black screen. This is expected system/content-provider behavior.
