Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. Overview

AirBridge TV is designed to connect your phone and TV over your local Wi‑Fi network for screen mirroring, casting and browser-based viewing. This Privacy Policy explains how AirBridge TV accesses, uses, stores and shares information.

2. Information AirBridge TV may process

  • Local network information: used to discover and connect nearby devices on the same Wi‑Fi network.
  • Screen sharing stream data: processed only during an active mirroring or viewing session that the user starts.
  • Pairing information: pairing codes, session IDs, device names and connection status used to start, secure and stop a session.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs or basic diagnostics may be collected only if enabled in the production build.

3. How information is used

  • To discover nearby TVs and phones.
  • To establish and maintain screen mirroring sessions.
  • To show connection status, pairing codes and QR viewer links.
  • To troubleshoot errors and improve reliability if diagnostics are enabled.

4. Screen content

AirBridge TV is intended to process screen content locally during active mirroring sessions. We do not intentionally store mirrored screen content on our servers. If future cloud or analytics features are added, this policy must be updated before release.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. Screen sharing streams are intended for devices selected by the user on the same local network. We may use service providers for hosting this website or app diagnostics if such tools are added; any such processing must be reflected in this policy and the Google Play Data Safety form.

6. Data retention and deletion

Pairing/session information is intended to be temporary. Users can stop mirroring at any time and clear app data from Android settings. To request deletion of any support or diagnostic data associated with you, contact us at drupal786@gmail.com.

7. Permissions

  • Network access: used for device discovery and local streaming.
  • Screen capture permission: Android may show a system prompt before screen sharing starts.
  • Foreground service/notification: may be used during active mirroring to keep the session visible and controllable.

8. Protected content

Some apps and DRM-protected video services may block screen capture or show a black screen. This is controlled by the app, operating system or content provider.

9. Children

AirBridge TV is not specifically directed to children. If the app is later targeted to children or families, additional Google Play and privacy requirements may apply.
